OVERVIEW

This website is operated by The Doubles SG. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to The Doubles Sg. By visiting our site and/or purchasing shoes from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service,” “Terms”), including additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and content contributors.


SECTION 1 – PRODUCTS

  1. Due to variations in monitor settings, lighting, and photography, the colors of shoes shown in photos may differ slightly from the actual items and are not considered defects.
  2. Minor variances in measurements (0.5” or less) are not considered defects, as small deviations are typical in footwear manufacturing.
  3. Shoe creases, small glue marks, minor stitching variations, or differences in leather texture (for leather products) are inherent to the materials and production process and do not qualify as defects.
  4. Any slight variations in patterns, dyeing, or material characteristics due to production processes are not considered defects.
  5. Please note that our shoe boxes are designed to protect your shoes during delivery and transit. Any dents or imperfections on the shoe box caused during the course of logistics or transport are not considered defects and do not affect the quality or condition of the shoes inside.
  6. Please note that any glue smell or other odors from the shoes are completely normal. These are part of the manufacturing process and will naturally dissipate over time. They do not indicate a defect in the product.
  7. The Doubles SG reserves sole discretion in determining what constitutes a defect.

SECTION 2 – ORDERS

  1. Orders cannot be amended, canceled, or refunded once they have been placed and confirmed.
  2. All refunds, regardless of reason, will be issued in the form of store credits.
  3. Exchanges in color, size, or design are not permitted post-order confirmation.
  4. Discount codes must be applied at checkout; discounts not entered during this time or purchases made outside of sale events are ineligible for adjustments.
  5. Orders are eligible for a one-time return credit only.
  6. Sale items are not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.

SECTION 3 – ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION

We strive to ensure the information on this site is accurate, complete, and current. However, we make no guarantees, and any reliance on the material on this site is at your own risk. This site may also contain historical information, which is provided for reference only. SECTION 11 – PRE-ORDER & BACKORDER

The estimated date of arrival (ETA) for backordered items is provided on individual product pages and generally ranges from 30 to 60 days from the purchase date. Please place an order only if you are comfortable with this wait time, as delays may occasionally occur.

If you have a mix of in-stock and backordered items in your order, the delivery will be split into separate shipments.


SECTION 12 – EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY

Our Exchange and Return Policy governs refunds and exchanges. All refunds are issued solely in the form of store credits, regardless of the reason for return. Exchanges and returns are subject to our criteria and discretion.

All images, text, and content on our website and social media are the property of The Doubles SG. Unauthorized use of our images, especially for personal sale purposes or commercial use, is strictly prohibited. Copyright infringement will be subject to legal action.
