All our shoes are on pre-order unless otherwise stated and will be shipped out within 30 days from the date of your order.

Exchange & Return Policy

Eligibility for Return:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt. Return will be refunded in store credits.

Not Eligible for Return:

  • Bundled items
  • Sale items
  • Items that are not in brand-new condition

    For Shoes:
    Items that are not in brand new condition include, but are not limited to:
    • Soles that are dirty or scuffed
    • Stain marks on the fabric, leather, or sole
    • Worn-out or damaged heels
    • Missing or damaged laces, ribbons etc
    • Signs of wear or tear such as creases or stretched fabric
    • Any odors or signs of being worn outside

Return Procedure:

  1. Contact us at shoes@thedoubles.sg within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. We will confirm if your return is eligible and guide you through the process.
  3. Returns must be sent back in their original condition.
  4. Shipping costs for returns are the buyer's responsibility.

Important Notes:

  • If a returned item does not meet our return eligibility, additional shipping fees will apply to send the package back to you.
  • Sale items and bundled purchases are final and cannot be returned.
  • Any return request made after 7 days will not be accepted.

Out of Stock Item:

If an item is unavailable due to stock issues, you have the option to:

  • Exchange it for a different design or color, or
  • Receive a full refund via store credit.

Defective Items:

We sincerely apologize for any defective items you may receive. To process your return:

  1. Email us at shoes@thedoubles.sg within 7 days of receiving the item (based on courier tracking).
  2. Include a snapshot of the defective item along with your order details.
  3. We accept an exchange, return or refund only if the item is in brand-new condition.
  4. If the item is no longer available and the item is found to be defective, a Gift Card will be issued. 

Wrong Item or Size Sent

We apologize for the mistake in your order! If you received the wrong item or size:

  1. Email us at shoes@thedoubles.sg within 7 days, including your order number and a photo of the wrong item.
  2. The item must be in brand-new condition to be eligible for an exchange.
  3. If the item you originally ordered is out of stock, store credit will be issued for the full amount of the purchase.
