Eligibility for Return:
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt. Return will be refunded in store credits.
Not Eligible for Return:
- Bundled items
- Sale items
- Items that are not in brand-new condition
For Shoes: Items that are not in brand new condition include, but are not limited to:- Soles that are dirty or scuffed
- Stain marks on the fabric, leather, or sole
- Worn-out or damaged heels
- Missing or damaged laces, ribbons etc
- Signs of wear or tear such as creases or stretched fabric
- Any odors or signs of being worn outside
Return Procedure:
- Contact us at shoes@thedoubles.sg within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We will confirm if your return is eligible and guide you through the process.
- Returns must be sent back in their original condition.
- Shipping costs for returns are the buyer's responsibility.
Important Notes:
- If a returned item does not meet our return eligibility, additional shipping fees will apply to send the package back to you.
- Sale items and bundled purchases are final and cannot be returned.
- Any return request made after 7 days will not be accepted.
Out of Stock Item:
If an item is unavailable due to stock issues, you have the option to:
- Exchange it for a different design or color, or
- Receive a full refund via store credit.
Defective Items:
We sincerely apologize for any defective items you may receive. To process your return:
- Email us at shoes@thedoubles.sg within 7 days of receiving the item (based on courier tracking).
- Include a snapshot of the defective item along with your order details.
- We accept an exchange, return or refund only if the item is in brand-new condition.
- If the item is no longer available and the item is found to be defective, a Gift Card will be issued.
Wrong Item or Size Sent
We apologize for the mistake in your order! If you received the wrong item or size:
- Email us at shoes@thedoubles.sg within 7 days, including your order number and a photo of the wrong item.
- The item must be in brand-new condition to be eligible for an exchange.
- If the item you originally ordered is out of stock, store credit will be issued for the full amount of the purchase.
