All shoes are on preorder and will be shipped out within 30 days from the date of order unless otherwise stated.
We offer trackable doorstep delivery via Ninja Van for all local orders. We currently do not offer international shipping.
Delivery Methods & Costs:
- Standard Delivery: SGD $3.90 (Estimated 2-3 working days)
- Free standard delivery: Orders above SGD 80 (Estimated 2-3 working days)
- Same Day Delivery: SGD $15 (Cut-off time: 1pm, Monday to Friday excluding Public Holiday)
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days after payment verification. You can track your parcel using your order number [here](Ninjavan Tracking).
Please allow for delays during peak periods (e.g., Christmas, Lunar New Year). We are not responsible for any lost or damaged parcels once they are delivered or if left in a designated location without confirmation. A re-delivery charge of SGD $5.90 applies from the third delivery attempt.
Same Day Delivery: Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next working day. Delivery is made before 11pm.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Important: Please ensure you are ordering in-stock items for same-day delivery, as backordered items will require additional wait time.
Restricted Delivery Zones:
- Jurong Island, Tuas, Sentosa, offshore islands (Pulau Ubin, Pulau Tekong, etc.)
- Military areas, government facilities (MINDEF, MHA, etc.)
- Ports, airports, chemical plants, data centers, and certain industrial zones
Ensure someone is available to receive the parcel. Failed deliveries will incur additional charges for re-delivery.
